An Educator, a Doctor, a Leader, a Writer--- what more could we look for a hero.
His death showed that Filipinos can stand on his own to gain independence.
Even his struggle to fight for independence, he was arrested and found guilty and was executed by
a firing squad in Bagumbayan ( today it's called Luneta where his monument stood).

He was very right. There's a lot of people who forget where they came from when they taste wealth and success, that's why, whatever they have don't last forever. Ang hindi lumingon sa pinaggalingan ay hindi makararating sa paroroonan. ang ganda di ba?
